Leonidas Tasis

He is a graduate in Business Administration and a licensed Economist – Tax Consultant with over twenty years of professional experience, and co-founder of the accounting firm Flexible Accounting Services. He is a registered member of the Economic Chamber of Greece, which has granted him a Class A Professional Licence as Accountant – Tax Consultant.

He began his career in 2005, setting up and running the accounting function of commercial businesses and service-sector groups, with responsibility for general accounting, costing, inventory control, cash-flow management and the preparation of financial statements. That experience — gained within structured finance departments and across a range of corporate structures — underpins the approach he follows today: accounting should serve as a management tool, not merely as a means of meeting statutory obligations.

Since 2014 he has practised through Flexible Accounting Services, with a particular focus on the food service, tourism and hospitality, professional leisure yachting, construction and trade sectors. He supports companies of every legal form (O.E., E.E., I.K.E., E.P.E., A.E., N.E.P.A.), as well as Greek branches of foreign companies, throughout their life cycle: from incorporation, registration with the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) and corporate amendments, through to the preparation of financial statements under the Greek Accounting Standards. A particular area of expertise is the handling of tax audits, with full representation of clients before the audit authorities.

He also provides advisory support on tax planning, the organisation of in-house accounting departments, and corporate restructuring matters.
